The Day/Month Coordinator

Includes E-mail, phone and mail contact before the wedding to get all your ideas out on paper. Being there for the rehearsal,making sure everyone is there and exactly where the Bride and Groom would like them to stand and do. Instructions for all of the wedding party as to where their job is for the day of the wedding. Being there for your Big Day including getting the bride anything she needs, making sure all the decorations are getting up and put where they need to go, making sure the groom and his men are getting everything they need, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Pearl Package

Three months worth of planning. Helping the Bride and Groom manage those last details for they're wedding, like picking a DJ, finding transportation, organizing a seating chart. With the Pearl Package, we'll help you put together all the last 3 month items that you need before the wedding, we'll even help you find up to 2 vendors. We'll be helping you coordinate seating charts, scheduling a timeline, and making sure your wedding runs perfect! We'll also include everything from the Day Coordination.

The Sapphire Package

Six months worth of planning. This is for the bride and groom that already have the venue picked out and booked, but would like help in finding other vendors. We'll help find up to 5 different vendors for you. We'll also be organizing a timeline of payments that need to be made for them, and a timeline for your wedding. We'll help with invitation wording, seating charts, menus, and programs. We'll make sure that the wedding party is taking care of the needed purchases such as dresses and tuxes, and getting their fittings done. We'll also help with the layout of the venue space to make sure the vendors know where to set up the cake table, seating, dance floor, etc. This package also includes everything from the Pearl Package, and Day Coordination.

The Diamond Package

Planning from start to finish! Including Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Bachelor/Bachelorette, and of course the Wedding Day. Recently got engaged but have no idea where to start? Then this is the package for you! We'll help you and your fiance find everything you need to make your big day run smooth! From Save the Dates, and invitations, to the venue and vendors, you will need for your wedding. We'll work with you on budgeting, and creating a timeline of events to make sure everything runs as planned, and the different vendors get paid on time and are booked and ready to help you. We'll walk through different venues, taste test, listen to different DJs, anything you need to help your day run as you would like. We'll make different inspiration boards that suit your wishes and help you find everything you need to make your wedding look how you have always dreamed it to be.
